Kolibri accepts unworn clothing and bathing suits purchased from livekolibri.com in new condition, with tags attached, within 15 days of purchase for store credit. Once we receive and approve your returned items, your refund will be issued via a gift card for store credit. Please note that all items marked final sale are not eligible for a refund.

Simply submit your return request to hello@livekolibri.com and you will receive a shipping label via email. The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund. Please, use that label to send your items back to us. Once your items are inspected, you will receive a refund notification within 5-10 business days.

Yes! Customers may use the tracking number on the provided pre-paid shipping label. If you used a different shipping label, please trace your package by using that specific tracking number provided.

That is totally fine! If the item is in proper condition with tags attached, you can use any packaging to send your items back.

• You have 30 days from the purchase date to exchange items in new condition with tags attached. We currently only offer exchanges for a different size of the exact same item. If you prefer to exchange for a different item or color, please return it and place a new order. All items marked final sale are not eligible for exchange.

You can expect to get a full refund within 5-10 days of delivery to your original form of payment. Once you receive your refund notification via email, please allow an additional 5-10 days for your bank provider to post the amount to your account.
