Kolibri accepts unworn clothing and bathing suits purchased from livekolibri.com in new condition, with tags attached, within 14 days. Once we receive and approve your returned items, your refund will be issued via your  original form of payment. Please note that all items marked final sale are not eligible for a refund.

Simply submit your return request to hello@livekolibri.com and you will receive a shipping label via email.. Please, use that label to send your items back to us. Once your items are inspected, you will receive a refund notification within 5-10 business days.

Yes! Customers may use the tracking number on the provided pre-paid shipping label. If you used a different shipping label, please trace your package by using that specific tracking number provided.

That is totally fine! If the item is in proper condition with tags attached, you can use any packaging to send your items back.

• You have 30 days from the purchase date to exchange items in new condition with tags attached. Please email Hello@livekolibri.com to let us know what you  need to exchange and we will send you a return label. 

You can expect to get a full refund within 5 days of delivery to your original form of payment once we receive confirmation all criteria is met and that your return has been shipped back.

Unfortunately, the return or exchange will need to be handled directly with the place of original purchase as they have access to all your payment and order information and will abide by their specific return policy.
