What is our return policy?

Kolibri accepts unworn clothing and bathing suits bought from livekolibri.com in new conditions with tags attached within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Once we receive and approve your returned items, your refund will go directly back to the original form of payment. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we do not offer store credit at this time. Please note all items marked final sale are not eligible for a refund.

How do I start my return?

Simply submit your return request to hello@livekolibri.com and you will receive a shipping label via email.The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund. Please, use that label to send your items back to us. Once your items are inspected, you will receive a refund notification within 5-10 business days.

Can I track my return?

Yes! Customers may use the tracking number on the provided pre-paid shipping label. If you used a different shipping label, please trace your package by using that specific tracking number provided.

What if I lose the original packaging the order came in?

That is totally fine! If the item is in proper condition with tags attached, you can use any packaging to send your items back.

Can I exchange an item?
  • Yes, please email hello@livekolibri.com  regarding what specific items you would like exchanged.
  • You have 30 days from the purchase date to exchange items in new condition with tags attached. We currently only offer exchanges for a different size of the exact same item. If you prefer to exchange for a different item or color, please return it and place a new order. All items marked final sale are not eligible for exchange.
How soon can I expect my refund?

You can expect to get a full refund within 5-10 days of delivery to your original form of payment. Once you receive your refund notification via email, please allow an additional 5 - 10 days for your bank provider to post the amount to your account.

If I purchased Live Kolibri at a retail store, can I return or exchange online?

Unfortunately, the return or exchange will need to be handled directly with the place of original purchase as they have access to all your payment and order information and will abide by their specific return policy.
