How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Your order can take as little as 1 business day and no longer than 9 business days. Please allow up to 1 - 2 business days for processing. We do not offer expedited shipments at this time, thank you for understanding.

When will my order ship?

Our shipping department is open Monday to Friday 9 A.M. - 5 P.M. Orders placed after 12 p.m. are processed the following business day. Orders will not be processed on the weekend. Please allow up to 1 - 2 business days to fully process your order.

How can I track my order?

Once we ship your order you will receive an email with a shipping notification containing your tracking number. Further, you may visit the shipping carriers website and enter the tracking number to see the updated shipping status. Please note that all non-contiguous and ground shipments are not guaranteed. Delivery dates are based on average transit time.

Where is my order dispatched from?

Even though we ship nationwide, we deliver from our fulfillment center located in Denver, Colorado.

Can I change or cancel an order once it has been placed?

We are only able to make limited changes to an order after being placed. It may not be possible to change any details of your order including address, size, color or quantity. Please contact hello@livekolibri.com as soon as possible to make a change.
